- Auto Valves:

* Control Valve

Advantage:
a. Valve is composed of pneumatic actuator,V type ball valve,positioner.
b. Actuator adopt sigle cycliner with spring initialization. Valve will be automaticly open or close with the function
     of spring while air off.
c. Regulating vavle recognize the control signal from DCS, PLC or QCS. The control signal will compare with the
     positioner feedback, and output the air pressure signal to drive the actuator and rotate the valve until the
     positioner feedback reach the percentage angle of control signal.

Control signal: 4---20mADC
Basic deviation: <= ± 1.0%---2.0% , Dead zone: <= 0.6%---0.8%

   * Gate Valve

Advantage: one-piece compact body, with shearing force and auto cleaning function,removable seat provides easy maintenance. Application: it is suitable for control system in chemical,oil&gas, pulp&paper, pharmaceutical industry. Specification: DN50---DN1200,PN10---PN16, Wafer connection,metal seat or soft seat, pneumatic or motor actuated. Material: cast steel,304,316,316L.

* Butterfly Valve

Advantage:
a. Triple eccentric design.
b. Multiple valve base design.
c. Drive protectionfor valve lever bearing.

Application:
suitable for chemical, pulp&paper,oil, phamarceutical and environmental protection industry.
Specification: DN50---DN1200,PN10---PN16, Wafer connection,metal seat or soft seat, pneumatic or motor actuated.
Material: cast steel,304,316,316L.
